I cannot open accounts keeps coming up with message saying "The attempt to login with the user name Admin failed. This user is already logged into the company file. if possible try logging in using a differnt user name. I am not logged in & have tried turing off & rebooting this still comes up. Have been on hold for 27 mins so far. No one is talking to me. sick of listening to the same message HELP
