When I print the document saves to file instead of opening printer dialogue box

Hi folks,
Having an issue with printing.  When I print the blue printing box comes up but then it wants to save to file instead of opening the printer dialogue box.  Any ideas on how to change this?  It used to print to the printer but now only saves to file.  I have got pop ups allowed and the printer is Reckon Printer (redirected 5) on TS004.
