Single Touch Payroll (STP) in Reckon Portal

In the Reckon Portal https://portal.reckon.com we have created a new 'staff' user as we require more then one person to upload STP files. We cannot use the one login seeing as you need the code from the Authenticator app. After creating a new staff user and opening the subscription under 'Reckon GovConnect', the following appears (refer to screenshot).

Hi Charlene,

If you need to share your STP entity with other users, there is a share process that you need to follow which I'll link below. Adding other users as Staff will not work as its not used for this purpose.
