old file is still pending, while latest file shows success straight away

    I'm having a similar issue with invoices. In the past hour or so, it's calling up old invoices, closed and reconciled invoices. The new invoice is right at the bottom of the list. Don't know why all the old records are all of a sudden appearing again.

    Hi Janice,
    What date was the pay event that is still in Pending submitted?

    There will be occasions when the ATO has issues or maintenance with their systems they will not be accepted. EXAMPLE -
    ATO maintenance on Single Touch Payroll services (28 September - 1 October 2018)
