Restoring Backups Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018

Problems restoring a backup from B drive despite following help directions and process listed on this community.  When I select the backup file it jumps to the next window without allowing me to click open.  then when I go to save it in Q drive there is nothing to select, let alone change the file name so I can have a version 2.
