Expired Hosted account - No Notice??

I just went to log in to my accounts hosted tonight & it's saying that my account is expired! I didn't receive any notifications that I can see that renewal was due. I'm in a total panic!! Does this mean that all my information is gone???

    Don't panic, just call tomorrow and pay your subscription and you should be good to go.

    Login to members and check your contact details

    Emily the notification went to the account holder. You should speak to customer service about this. You should also be taking regular backups. Don't believe anyone who tells you it's not necessary. You need to back up every day and copy it to your local drive.

    Hi Emily,
    We'll send out a renewal reminder 30 days before the expiry date of the subscription and a follow up phone call if its getting close to the expiry date.
    Are you the account holder? We might need to check if your contact details are still up to date eg. if you've changed email addresses phone numbers etc.

    Give us a call when you can and we can get this straightened out for you.
