Why Reckon one's tax rate is different as ATO's calculate?

When I was trying to process one employee's payroll with the new RecKon with STP, I found that the tax rate is different as ATO's tax calculate.
eg. if the gross is $730 per week, Reckon's tax is $70, while ATO's tax withheld calculate works out $89 for tax.
Any one knows why? And should I fix anything in setting ups in RecKon?
Thanks.

Hi Xiaobai,
What is the pay frequency, tax scale in use and allowances/deductions for this employee in the pay run?
Can you provide a screenshot showing the payrun details where you are seeing this and we might be able to see how its come about.ℹ️ Stay up to date with important news & announcements for your Reckon software! Click HERE for more info.

My payroll Premier 2018-19 gives $89 for gross weekly wage of $730. Maybe an update is needed?
