STP not able to upload data from Q drive to portal

I am having trouble with importing STP data from Reckon Hosted to the portal. I can save the data in the Q/ drive, however when i try to upload it the Q/ drive is not available to retrieve the data from. I am currently on hold with tech support and have been for over 2 hours.

    Hi Monique,
    The Q drive is a virtual drive unique to Reckon Accounts Hosted so it won't appear anywhere else for you to select files other than Hosted itself.
    What you need to do after saving the STP pay event into the Q Drive, is to download it to your PC using the Floating Toolbar eg. Desktop, My Documents etc.
