Hi Rav, Yes, I did, but on Page 34 under Upgrading your company file, it states to double click the Reckon Accounts icon on the desktop. When I do that it opens my existing file in 2018. Is that correct?
I do not have 2 icons on the desktop; just the one for 2018 which has the current file. Every other year there has been two at this stage, so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong!!
In the previous post reply (the one with picture), the link has been provided.
Just as in previous years, you would have had to download the software installer, install it (which creates the shortcut on the desktop) and then you register the software.

Have you already downloaded the Reckon Accounts 2019 software installer?
Have you initiated the installation process which would normally create the icon on the desktop for the Reckon Accounts 2019?
Check the Windows desktop again, in case you have two similar looking icons, one for the 2018 and the other for the 2019 software.
