Error 403: UNAUTHENTICATED

I'm using Reckon Accounts Desktop Enterprise Contractor Edition, I have lodged my first STP event which appears to have an error, when I try to go into my portal it will let me log on and I can see my Govconnect Subscription however when I click on this I received an error 403:UNAUTHENTICATED on a red screen.

    Hi Sue,
    Can you please logout of your Reckon Portal account by clicking the Logout button and then log back in and access your STP entity. It should ask to verify by entering in the MFA code again and will take you through as normal.
