STPEXPORT.JSON File not generating

Payroll Premier 2019/20 - when I am exporting the STP file only one file is created being the Archive file. The stpexport.json file is not created.  Please advise.

    Exact same thing happened to me last week when i did my first payrun. 
    I posted a thread about it too, but no response from Reckon still. 
    I uploaded the date stamp file and it worked, but it would be good to hear from them about where the 2nd file has disappeared too.

    I tried to upload the date stamp file into govconnect - invalid.

    Yes, from the new 2019/20 version onward there is only one JSON file created so there won't be any more confusion around 2 files being generated like the prior version.
