Hi need some help please, since upgradeing to Reckon 2019 I can't save invoices as pdf's, the only way I can do it is to email invoice to myself and it will create a pdf attachment.

    Hi Anth
Can you describe the process you're going through and also, what errors are you coming across?

While invoice is on screen>file>save as pdf>window opens I name file and hit save, then get this
    message

This happens on all 3 computers

    Thanks Glenda

I probably could do that, but if a program has a function you should be able to use it,

    Cheers Glenda

Does the invoice print to screen correctly as the error message suggests.

can you save anything else to pdf, reports, etc

For some unknown reason I can now save pdfs on 2 computers but not the third.

It will do print previews but won't save invoices, reports etc as pdfs,
it will create a pdf as an attachment when we email invoices/quotes etc.
