I have to keep entering my ABN whenever I log into Reckon hosted

Hi Julie,
This sounds strange. Do you mean its asking you to enter your ABN in the Company Information section of Hosted?
Or is this something to do with the GovConnect service for STP?

When I print an invoice or statement my ABN isn't shown, also when I do my STP it's not accepted by GovConnect because the ABN isn't there.  When I go in to Company info and re-enter the ABN it processes OK.  I have to remember to re-enter the ABN in Company info before I send invoices and statements
