Have you changed your email address since the last renewal? Have you looked in your junk email box?

You will need to ring the Reckon support line.

Greg, try this instead. Go to https://estore.reckon.com.au/ and login using your member/registration number and your pin and you should then be able to pay for your renewal. I am not sure if this site will work for you and it could only work for me as I have a slightly different membership.
