Hi Astrid
Are you referring to the Reckon Portal (GovConnect)?
A “Network error” usually relates to your own (home/office) network - IT isn’t really my area but have you tried restarting your modem/Wi-Fi?

Hi Astrid,
Apologies for the delay in getting this sorted for you. I've just heard back from our app devs in relation to your account.
The reason this occurred is due to the start date field being empty for 'Sharon'. The devs have added a date into this field which is consistent with your other employees in order to resolve the error, however you need to go into each employee profile to check and confirm they accurate.
The team are working on a new build for the app which will prevent this from occurring again in future, this will be coming in a future update.
Can you please close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps and then reopen & log back in.
Let me know if you continue to have any trouble accessing your account after this.
