Invalid MFA Codes
Hi,
We use Payroll Premier and I tried accessing Reckon GovConnect today to upload our most recent STP report.
I use Google Authenticator for MFA and it usually works fine, but this time the code from the app was invalid. I tried numerous codes, but none worked.
To resolve this, I revoked my MFA access using my recovery code so I could try to reset MFA and reestablish access...but during the setup process, after scanning the QR code provided, all codes provided by the app are invalid again. This means I can't even set up MFA again.
Can you please assist? I do not want to set up SMS MFA.
