    Hi Rav,

    I'm having the same problem as many above. Can you please delete my ABN 33 775 677 584? There might be a second one with branch 2 there as well that needs deleting as well.

    I've split your post off into its own conversation here just so its easier to track.

    In regard to your ABN, I've just had a look and just need to clear up a couple of things.

    Firstly, I've deleted the branch 2 registration that was created.

    Now in regard to the normal branch 1 registration, I can't delete that because there have been submissions sent to the ATO for this ABN at some point since it was first registered back in September 2019. If you're being asked to register the ABN again, it sounds like it might be a brand new account you are logged into.

    Just to confirm, are you logging in with the same account ie. email address & password that was used to initially create the account?

    Hi Rav,

    I am logging in with my Username Hawkdiesel and my password. I have tried my email address but that doesn't work. It's possible there may be another login but it's not my email and I'm not sure what else to try.

    Hello,

    I now job share and the second person is trying to set up

    to lodge STP but getting the error "ABN already registered"

    Can someone please tell me how I am suppose to do it

    @CarolP The other user only needs to setup their own portal account (eg just their own email address & password) not create a new entity.

    You need to login to the portal (under your own user details) & just “share” the tile to their email address (On the tile, click on the little icon (or dots?) at the top right.

    Hey @RubenH

    The account is registered under the same email address that this Community account you're using is under. If you login with that and the password it'll let you through. If you're not sure of the password for the account, just hit the 'Help I forgot my sign in details' option on the login screen and enter your email address. A password reset email will be delivered to you where it'll step you through resetting the password and then logging in.

    Hopefully that gets you back on track but let me know how you get on.

    The reply from Shaz @Acctd4 above is right on the money. You'll need to share the existing STP entity with the second person's account. I'll link a step by step guide below which goes over how to share your STP entity with others.

    I do step 1&2. But not getting a confirmation message coming through. therefore its not accessible to the 2nd party

    Has the person you are trying to share with already created a Reckon Portal account here? If not, they need to do that first. Once their account has been created, then go through the process of sharing from the guide and it should go through without a problem.

    I am trying to log on to the STP app and it keeps doing the login / ABN loop.

    @Rav

    yes she is set up herself. Yesterday we changed her email so it was different from mine before trying to link, but it didn't work. I have gone back in now and it has completed. Who knows why but happy it is now done. Thanks so much everyone for the help.
