I am currently trying to add a business to Reckon GovConnect but it says the ABN is already registered.
The ABN is 89 166 921 876

This ABN is already registered in the GovConnect service as the message suggests. You just need to ensure you are logging into the same account that the GovConnect service was created for this particular ABN ie. use the same/correct email address & password that was used when the account was first created.
