My company file will not open today

No errors, just this screen. It was functioning fine yesterday.

    Hmmm ok that sounds a bit strange. At this point I think I think it might be best to give our technical support team a call so we can get a technician to take a look at what's causing this.

    Try logging off Remote Sessions (via the Control Panel on the previous screen)

    If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser.

    Thank you for your answer. I have tried logging off Remote Sessions via Control Panel.

    I have tried opening in Chrome and Edge, do you have a recommended brower please?

    Hi @melissa0377

    Can you click on File ➡️ Open or Restore Company ➡️ Open a Company file (.QBW) ➡️ and then find your file from its saved location and select it.

    Does it open?


    In terms of browser selection, while we recommend Google Chrome and/or Firefox it comes down to personal preference.

    Hi Rav,

    If I click on File, it freezes, and is 'Not Responding'. I have now tried Firefox with the same result.

    Try This, When it asks to open Company create a new company and see what happens with it.
