STP migration error loading employee

I am using the STP function on the Payroll App only

I have this problem also. I am using the STP function only, putting in the details for each pay run, it's a small payroll.
The data migrated just fine from the STP app back in June and completed the EOFY as required. I checked into our ATO data and could see that it all uploaded ok.
So far, I reloaded the new payroll app to see if I had missed any updates and the data from last financial year reappeared ok. I also restarted my phone.
The app still says the employees are incomplete, then going in each employee, the categories are listed, but none of them respond nor do the 3 dots.
Can you help me please?

This problem has resolved itself, 8-9 months later, and I am not sure why. I can now access the employees.

We recently had a new app update which was focused on improving and addressing some issues which the Payroll App sporadically had in loading employee data. If you're not on the latest version yet (v2.19.74) then I'd highly recommend grabbing the app update from your app store.
