EOFY STP submission in the Reckon STP app - help!!
Hi,
I neglected to tick the EOFY box in the FY 2020/21 STP submission for an employee and can no longer access the app (and the employee cannot do their tax return). Is there any way of achieving this now that the app has closed? I spoke to the ATO and they advised that I would need to go through Reckon Tech support, but got directed here.

Employee told me yesterday that she couldn’t submit tax return. MyGov site stated that her tax was incomplete. How else would I know?

Former STP app users are able to migrate their existing data to the new Reckon Payroll App. I'll link some information to this below along with some other resources which you may find useful.
Once that has been completed you can perform an End of Financial Year finalisation in the Payroll App for the respective financial year. This will finalise the balances for your employees and in turn mark the financial year as complete/Tax Ready in their MyGov account.
