Recording Bad Debt

Hello Reckon Community,

I am looking for help/step by step process on how to record Bad Debt in Reckon Hosted Software. I would really appreciate if someone can send me details on how to do this. I have already created a bad debt account - if someone could send me the next step after this. Thank You!
