Missing invoices

I have clients (not all) that I have had for years suddenly not receiving invoices. They have checked junk mail and they are not in Junk Mail. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Hi @Narelle

    If you check the email history in Reckon One are the emails shown as being successfully sent OR do they have a 'Failed' status next to them?

    Example screenshot below -


    Also, if you send an invoice from Reckon One to your own email address do you receive it successfully?


    Please note, emails from the Reckon One service are sent from email-reckonone@reckon.com so it might be worth getting the recipients to add that email address to their Safe Sender list
