Transactions not saving

Using Reckon Personal Plus 2022.
I use the software quite often but just lately I have not been able to save any transactions.
Even on exiting the program it will ask me if I would like to save the last transaction and I can say YES but it still does not save it.

Are there any error messages that appear after your attempt to save a transaction? Does this apply to a certain transaction or does it occur on any/all transactions you're entering?
