Printer not activated error code -30

Please advise how to fix this issue. Deleting the qbp and wpr files as per your article does not work.

Which version of Reckon Accounts are you using?
Where is this error message appearing specifically?
What email client are you using? What type of email account are you using? eg. Gmail, Hotmail, something else etc?
When did this first start occurring? Have you had a chat with our support team as yet to go through troubleshooting? If so, can you let us know what has been tried so far.

Hi Rav,
It is Reckon Accounts Business 2022.
The error message appears anytime I attempt to print anything. Nothing to do with email.
It has occurred ever since installation of the program.
I have followed the instructions in the document on your website (ie to delete qbp and wrp files) and that did not achieve anything
