Deposit transaction not accepting
Hi , when I try to enter a transaction a popup "transfer cancelled' appears and the entry wont complete. How can I fix this. I run Reckon on a Mac through Parrallels and all is up to date.

I don't know anything about Macs but do you Verify your company file regularly ? There could be some background data corruption causing it.
I'd recommend running the Rebuild 3 times in succession (for some reason, 3 times fixes a lot of issues!)
Both the Verify ... & Rebuild ... options are under the File dropdown menu > Utilities

Are you using Reckon Accounts Business or a Reckon Personal software?
The reason I ask is, there's a help guide which I'll link below for the 'Transfer Cancelled' error message however its specific to the Reckon Personal software range -

Hi Rav, it is reckon accounts home and business 2022, certainly no need to apologise I appreciate any feedback as I am at a standstill. Will try reinstalling but will be getting assistance to do this as was downloaded online.
