Couldn’t create a pay run

Hi, I have a problem to create a pay run. I have been trying for two days, every time when I clicked the Add item for Earnings, the page kept loading until a message came out saying “ Something went wrong. We can’t complete your request. Reload the page or log out if the issue persists.” Is any problem with the software?

Are you using the latest version of the Payroll App? Currently v4.0.2, check your app store for any available updates for you to download & install.
If you're already on the latest version, can you please logout of your Payroll App account (Settings ➡ Signout) then close the app in full ie. swipe it away from any other apps that are currently running on your phone.
Reopen the app after 30 seconds, log back in and try again. Does the same behaviour persist?
