STP Files status pending

Do we continue to upload weekly STP file even if the previous one is still pending?

Hi Pia
Yes you can continue to send them through GovConnect, we're queuing the submissions at the moment while the ATO work through their system issue which has been going on for a few days now.
Once we've we received confirmation that its resolved, the submissions will be sent to them for processing.

My most recent STP submission (today) has been processed and was successful. However, last weeks submission is still marked as ‘pending’. Should I resubmit last week's submission?

Hi @Jo Arnold
Since you've already sent through your latest submission successfully it will have already updated your Year to Date balances since STP is reported on a YTD basis only. There is nothing further for you to do in this case.
