Missing Dll ? c:\PROGA~1\HP\SURECL~1\servers\BemHook32.dll
I have moved Reckon Personal Plus 2016 from a failing (Win 10 Home) PC to a new one running 64 bit Win 10 Pro .
All went well except it comes up with msg
The procedure entry point SymSetSerachPathW could not be located in the dll
c:\PROGA~1\HP\SURECL~1\servers\BemHook32.dll
Rebooting has not resolved the problem, and I can not find any reference to it in the community.reckon.com/ or on the web.
It does not appear to preventing me from running Reckon (at this stage) but I don't want it to 'bite me' on end of Financial year etc.
Ideas please ?

Hi John
I'd recommend performing a clean uninstall & reinstall of the software on your new PC. Check out step by step instructions in our help guide linked below -

Hi John,
That file you mentioned "BEMHook32.dll" is not part of the Reckon Accounts Personal range program files.
It appears to be related to "HP Sure Click" from HP.
If your new PC is from HP (Hewlett Packard), it may be one of the pre-installed software it comes with.
"HP Sure Click creates a complete micro-virtual machine for each separate browser tab or supported document, tricking the malware into believing it is actually running in your PC."
Recommend you consult with HP Technical Support for further assistance.
