If you've been previously using GovConnect successfully and you're now running into the prompt to setup your STP entity ie. register your ABN etc, then it sounds like you're logged into the incorrect account.
Do you have multiple email addresses and/or multiple Reckon Portal accounts? If you login to the Reckon Portal with the same username/email address that your STP entity is registered under in GovConnect you'll be able to access it without issue.
What is the ABN for the STP entity? If you can let me know then I should be able to track down where its registered on our end.
