Help with enabling MFA

Hi ,

we are using Reckon Hosted Version

is MFA a must after May 2024 ?

Is it require every user to use it with their personal Mobiles

I cant enable MFA , unfortunately it doesn't show in the location provide my help desk team

my right hand corner only shows

Your screenshot is from within your company file whereas the option to setup MFA is on the dashboard screen just prior to launching your file. For instructions on setting up MFA on Hosted check out the guide linked below -

It looks like we're getting our wires crossed a little here. If you're looking to setup MFA on your Reckon Accounts Hosted account using an authenticator app then you'll need a dedicated authenticator app from your app store such as Google Authenticator NOT a Reckon Accounts Hosted app.
