Payrun can't see Employee names

Hi, I am new. When I start a new payrun, the drop box is empty, can't select employee name. I wonder how to fix this. Thanks.

Have you gone through the Payroll Setup section and also created any employees as yet?
If not, there's a couple of really good videos below which will step you through getting started with payroll & also adding employees.

I have similar problem, and I have gone through the video and followed the instrtuctions, however when I try to add and employee to the pay run the drop down menu to con include any of th ealready defined employees, it just say EMPLOYEE NAME PAY FREQUENCY with capital letters.0
