I have an employee who has taken 2 weeks annual leave and I the super is not calculating so he hasn't earned any super this fortnight. He earns more than the $450 threshold.
How do I fix this?

Go to the settings - pay items and make sure that in the super item Annual leave is ticked0

Where abouts is that. I went to Payroll Set Up - Pay Items - Leave - Annual Leave - but there is no selection of super at all?0 -
So when I go there.... I don't even have 'Annual leave' to select. Its just has a list like
Annual Salary
Double Time
FBT Contribution
etc
etc
etc
And even when I click on those options, it doesn't say anything about super.0 -
Look for the item “Super Guarantee” , click on it and check if annual leave is ticked.1

It may be that the super is not calulating on the leave loading. This article may help:
