    Where is this error message appearing for you? When you attempt to print or email (or both)?

    Does it appear on certain forms eg. invoices, payslips etc or does it not matter?

    When was the last time you successfully printed/emailed from your 2020 edition? Have there been any changes to your PC such as Windows updates, Office/Outlook updates etc?
