    Hi Ron,
    Are you still having trouble logging in to Hosted?

    Are you using your usual user name to login or are you a brand new user? ie. the first time you're logging into the Hosted service

    I used a new user name and it happened to be my email address.
    I proceded to try out the accounting system and had to leave for a while. After some hours I tried to log in again but-The user name is not recognised. when I put in the user name, it ran out of figures so the last two did not write.The "find user name" button did not work.
    I wish to NOT proceed with the trial but you have my credit card number.
