Can't do a back up in reckon hosted - anyone else have this problem?

Hi Maria,
Can you give us a bit more info on this, what's happening specifically when you attempt a backup? Where in the process is it failing and are you being presented any error messages?

and then after not working all weekend and this morning has competed the back up as normal just now. thanks for your help :)

hi, 
mine has just now had the same issue - a warning pop up of 'Reckon Accounts was unable to back up company file.'
What should I do??

In case you are reading this old post here is a solution that has worked for other users.

Reckon Accounts is frozen and taking long to backup/Not responding when doing the file backup.
