HELP My Accounts hosted is telling me it has a communication problem with the server, please help

    Hi again everyone,

    Initial investigation show the issue to be isolated to one individual file server. Our IT team is still investigating however so I will update you again with more information as soon as possible.

    Again, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment :(

    The IT team have resolved the file server issue and access is now restored.
