I am unable to access my company data on Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Hi I am unable to access my company data on Reckon Accounts Hosted. I can login and the tool bar is visible but I cannot create any transactions or access the home page.

Hi Rhonda,
Are you able to open your company file manually? 

File > Open or Restore a Company > navigate to your file destination and open it.

When I click on file the drop down menu is offered but when I select Open or restore nothing happens

In the first instance, exit the Hosted screen by going to File > Exit and then go into the Hosted control panel and log off the user session(s) under 'Log off Remote Sessions' then Logout.

Give it about 2-3 minutes and then try again, is the same thing occurring after this?

I went to file and the drop down box appeared but when I press exit nothing happens. Screen is still open
