I have 14 errors on my single touch payroll have tried resubmitting but get the same error message

The message says "error message" ?

    Hi Lyn,
    Is that all there is to the message?
    If you open one of the pay events, by clicking the 'Detail' link, is there an ATO error message being shown at the top of the page with any more info?
    If so, what is it?

    first page says click here for details
    second page says error message
    an unexpected error has occurred. Please contact ATO
    I contacted them 2 months ago and they did not know what i was speaking about

    The next one says
    You have not nominated this software provider to secure transmissions mad through online(cloud based) software. To resolve, please log onto Acess Manager .....
    I have completed this ages ago

    This is the most common slip up that we come across, and while you've mentioned you've done this already can I get you to confirm that the Software ID that is listed in the 'Company & Advisers' section in your Reckon Portal account is registered in your ATO Portal manager.

    I have just found it and have put in the ID will this resolve the issue?

    Did you follow the process listed here? If so, then yes this will resolve the Software ID error. The next pay event that you submit should go through ok provided there are no other issues that require attention.

    It is not my current ones that have the error it is the first ones will this fix the problem?

    No it won't change anything for old pay events because the Software ID wasn't registered at that stage. Bear in mind STP is reported on YTD basis so your new/current pay events will have updated your balances.
