Hi Rav,
I've read the KB article & I think this relates to an issue I am having. However, I'm after clarification.
I need to update the event for 1 terminated employee. He was in a normal pay run that was uploaded to STP portal & then later that day I was notified that he was finishing up & that I was to process his termination pay (same pay date as the normal pay run).
Do I need to just select this one individual or do I select everyone that was paid that day & then tick Update event & Final event?
Thanks!
