In case anyone else has this glitch - I noticed today when exporting the weekly STP file that the Year end STP still had Pending against it in Gov Connect despite there being an ATO receipt number attached to it. So I asked one of the employees to check their MyGov, and it was there ready
A quick, little tip I've recently learned about downloading files from the My Files menu in Hosted. If you need to download a single file in Hosted, you can simply just click the file name to save and download your file. No need to select the file by ticking the checkbox then selecting Actions ā”ļø Download.

I uploaded a 2.7gb qbw file to the temporary folder and now I am unable to access it. I can see it in My Files but when I go to open a company I canāt see this folder.
Hi, I am new to Reckon Accounts Hosted. I have noticed that the leave accruals are not showing up for some employees in the reports but it is for others??? Hi, I am trying to finalize STP for one of our clients. There are 2 employees who have salary sacrificed during the year. In details for the Finalization the SS amount was reported as RESC and it was $2295 short of what the Payroll Summary said. The second employee had the correct amount under SS $2600 and also $2550 underā¦

Accounts Hosted. Run report, select Email then Send Report as a Spreadsheet. I do this fairly regularly. On random occasions, instead of opening the email address prompt, it opens another (random) report I end up having to close the system and logon again. Anyone else with this problem?
