Hi! I have started looking after a client using Reckon Hosted and need to setup the STP lodgement to the ATO. I have gone as far as Reckon GovConnect but it appears the previous accountant (now closed down) is set up for this. How do I reset the login and password to lodge STP Finalisation etc please.
