Where do I find the history of my STP2 reporting in the new Reckon one payroll - I need to see if one was sent as my computer crashed while sending. Also I have a couple of employees that their leave is not updating after a pay run - all other employees are being updated Any suggestions to fix this issue please Thanks
I can't work out how to find leave accruals in the STP2 systems for individual employees by pay run. In the STP1 system we could could see it for each employee within each pay run. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thankyou.
Hi, I have two new employees subsequently rollover to STP Phase 2. I had confirmed with my staffs and the TFN of both employees are correct. Could anyone please share the way to solve this error? I have run through the employee setup N times but can't seemed to find any mistake. Thank you.

I have a terminated employee that is still showing negative 0.0005 hours of leave owing - how do I change this back to zero so it will stop showing on my leave reports. I have tried to edit in the leave section but it keeps defaulting back to the negative figure Thank you
Hi Rav, one of my Payroll book 'LN Payroll', has the error below which stop completing checklist to upgrade to STP phase 2. Hi, I cannot access the Payroll function anymore for a Reckon One file shared by my client. It gives an error message saying "you don't have access to this book, Please check the account you signed in with"

Hi, Does Reckon 1 payroll automatically lodge the tax file number declaration for new employees with the first pay run that they are included in as I can't see a tick box for this anymore and I can't see anywhere that says it has been lodged. Kind Regards Jo
Hi, I have had to put through personal and annual leave this morning on the new payroll system and noticed that the rates are not pulling through, I have to manually enter them.
