The names of some of the Super Funds in the Year To Date is incorrect for some employees. However, the program does not allow me to make any alterations. I understand this may be a bug in the system. Is this correct? Will it be fixed with a future update? Is there any other way to make the correction?
Hi, After upgrading to STP2, our submission has been rejected by ATO. ATO's response was "Where an Income Stream Collection is present the PAYGW amount must be provided". Do you know how/where to fix it? Thanks
Hi I have just completed the switchover for STP PHASE 2, it will be my first payrun next monday but i just wanted to confirm that STP Submissions will be submitted via finalising the payrun automatically? Previously, we had to submit through GovConnect the payrun data, but i guess it has become streamlined now? Thanks Arron
In "Prepare Employees", the STP2 setup is asking for Income and Employment type for every employee we have ever employed - and there a many that are no longer employed. The only options are full time/casual etc, there is no option for "no longer employed" (apart from the time that inputting this info is going to take!). Do…

I process the final payment for a terminated employee. I find that there is no tax for unused annual leave in tax withheld calculation (The PAYG for unused annual leave should be 32%). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have migrated my data from Payroll Premier to the new Payroll Web. There are 4 items listed in Review Data in the bottom left in purple. The first item is Review All Employees. How do I clear it so I can move on to the next item?
