Just wondering if there is a note section in the new reckon one payroll like there was in payroll premier - I used this to update pay rates etc so we have a history of pay rises, and any other info that needed to be recorded for each employee - it was very useful Thank you
@Rav there are so many bugs in Reckon Payroll and I keep getting told the same story "it will take 1-2 days to fix' - how are we supposed to be compliant with ATO by 30/9 when the software is full of bugs. Payroll professionals cannot tell employees they can't be paid for 1-2 days whilst our software provider sorts out…

For the past few weeks, i have no issue submitting the STP with payment date later than processing date (for example, i process on Fri for the week, but payment is following monday). But today, this error surfaced, which is really strange. How do i resolve this?
