Can no longer log into payroll

Hi all,
Today is the first time I have logged on since the new upgrade. I can no longer access payroll. My employer has logged in and checked my access. I have access to Reckon One, Reckon Payroll and Reckon GovConnect.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this please?

Have you already completed the upgrade to Reckon Payroll? ie. have you started the STP Phase 2 Checklist?
If so, the previous payroll functionality in your Reckon One book will no longer be active as Reckon Payroll will be your main payroll functionality moving forward.
Is that the case for you?
If that's not quite on the right track, can you let us know what's happening specifically when you attempt to access payroll? If you have any screenshots as well that would be great.
