    I am experiencing the same problem, is there a solution to this problem. I have not changed my employee information since completing the last successful pay run.

    Hi @Mais

    Are you on the latest version of the Payroll App? The current version is v6.2.15, can I get you to please check your app store for any available updates to install.

    Once you're on the latest version, please delete that particular pay run and recreate it. Does the same issue continue after this?

    It says it is Version 2.24.19. On an android device.

    Hi Rav,

    It now says Version 6.2.15. And I was able to create the pay run. Thanks.
