I had the same problem yesterday but managed to get on by changing my password but today it wont even give me that option, reckon support has not been any help!!!!!

Good day, Hope someone can help, we currently buy raw material that gets cut either smaller or modified to create other parts and powdercoated. These various parts then get used to create product that gets installed at customers, but problem is it is not always exact same sizes. Currently our items is set-up asā¦
I can't find the drop down for this.
The above pop up box has been showing in the top left corner of my accounts since yesterday and I can't seem to remove it. It is covering all the menu items there and will not go away.
Once again since the upgrade Reckon hosted is not calculating the Personal and Holidays correctly. My YTD Used hours calculate incorrectly. eg On one employee, actual Personal hours used are 23.49, Reckon has 15.66. On the Pay slip 'YTD Used' for both Personal and Holiday are 46.98. Is there any explanation for this, it isā¦
We have numerous service suppliers that we create an annual PO for. Is it possible to create a blanket PO so we can "chip away" at the PO during the year and know how much is still remaining?

Occasionally I need to access the STP portal, but I don't know how to do it without pretending I am uploading a file to the system. I go to Employees - Process Single Touch Payroll and then I just select all employees and click export. I then have to save that file to then access the STP portal. I know it's no big deal,ā¦
