After installing Reckon Accounts on a new laptop I can't run as it is asking for my IKC. I got this from the Reckon Website by logging in. But it is the 2020 version and it won't accept it. I like at my orders and the renewal order does not have an IKC. How can I fix this? Thank You.

Good morning, I have just upgraded to the latest version of RA Personal (2022) from Quicken Personal Plus 2012.
