It errors as below. I have added a default super as they were the errors I was previously getting. Employee details not saved ErrorCode occurred while creating employee from the payrun I can't seem get anywhere past leave entitlements and have to continually add the employee details at the start everytime. Hi everyone I have made a new superannuation item in pay items and when i go to use it within a pay run it does not show. In actual fact the only option i have is super gurantee in the drop down box which is obviously already in use. I have definetly marked it as active within pay items Thankyou

I have checked annual leave, personal leave and Long Service Leave Balance as at 30 Sep 23. I find that their balance are as same as Aug. Their is no any accrual after the payrun. The setting of leave accrual rate is based on "per time worked": Does anyone know why the leave not accrual after pay run? And how to fix thisā¦
I have just entered 2 pay runs (for last week and this week) and it says the payslips have been emailed to employees and to me. I have not received it - am unable to check with employees today. Is there something I need to change in my checklist? Judi
